a senior product management

He has worked within the Telecommunications
Industry since the late 1980's
and during his career Paul has
worked for Incumbent Operators,
Alternative Operators, Government
Agencies and Hardware Manufacturers.
Paul has been heavily involved
with the development of Broadband
Services in the UK and has
traveled extensively across
Continental Europe, Scandinavia,
Russia and Asia.
He was principally responsible
for developing ntl's
ADSL strategy through
the use of its legacy fibre
interconnects with British Telecom.
As a result ntl now has
a comprehensive national ADSL
network, supporting many key
business accounts.
Paul's understanding of the
broadband market has allowed
him to work along side many
of the major Internet Service
Providers and Application Service
Providers.
His understanding of how to
maximize broadband solutions,
develop a web presence and how
