In 2005 Elaine redefined the
concept and now focuses
on small businesses, trying
to enhance and improve their

has first hand experience of
small businesses trying to make
an impression on-line.
As such, we understand the pitfall's
and disappointments of having
a website designed and built
only to question 18 months later

After realising that there was
demand, ELOR has taken
